To supervise processing and updating of all payrolls related service transactions for DP World UAE Region and Head office (Grade 7 ? 20) employees with accuracy and ensure data integrity, in line with the policy and procedures.
Principal Responsibilities:
? To supervise all payroll functions, provide guidance to subordinate staff and ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll for DP World UAE Region and Head Office employees.
? To review and process requests for payments (RFP) through workflow thereby ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe.
? To set up hierarchies and workflow Self Service Approvals, for the smooth functioning of the Oracle Self Services
? To process all salary changes in Oracle for Increment, Promotions and Incentives purposes and supervise the Multi currency payments /splits for International Staff.
? To process salary advances; deductions and reimbursements when required as instructed by the Department Head in an accurate manner.
? To create or change cost center details and positions for individuals in the Oracle System when required.
? To manage benefits processing for all DP World Employees, namely processing educational allowances, payment of leave balance differences, simultaneous issuance of housing allowance and ensure Oracle is updated in accordance with DP World policy and procedures
? To provide Oracle users access to authorized employees, train and support users and coordinate with IT for improvements in various Oracle process, thereby integrating the Oracle into routine payroll functions
? To prepare summary of payroll checking reports and statistical information report on a monthly basis for management review and decision making
? To provide audit assistance for Government, Internal and External Auditors for payroll related queries in a prompt and courteous manner
