The Vegetarian Recipe Club a part of Viva is a great place to find some really interesting veggie recipes.? Many of the recipes are really simple to make and taste fabulous.?? I have tried a few and they offer some really good insight in to how to make good food if you are vegan or considering a veggie diet.
